Suzanne Miklos, Ph.D., president of O.E. Strategies, earned her doctorate in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron. She has over 10 years of experience in supporting successful change programs through culture identification, organization-wide surveys and the development of customized assessment tools.
Marie Francosky, Ph.D., senior consultant, earned her doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University. She specializes in management development, with more than 15 years of experience in linking survey programs with strategic applications.
Rebecca Toney, Ph.D., consultant, earned her doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Michigan State University. Her statistical background supports comprehensive organizational analysis and evaluation. She has extensive experience in designing systems and processes for performance improvement.
Affiliate trainers also work with O.E. Strategies to conduct workshops. These individuals have advanced degrees, training, and experience in helping schools, organizations, and teams plan and carry out strategic improvement activities.
