The SchoolPrism™ Results Package displays the overall district's quality criteria results and its readiness for change. Each building also receives a report with building-level results. Interpretation guides and worksheets are provided with the Results Package to assist leaders in understanding what the data mean for their district and their schools, and how to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement.
Results are based on quality criteria for education and readiness for change. The quality criteria are similar to those developed in private industry based on extensive research on the attributes of high-performing organizations. This framework provides a useful starting point for discussions on improvement opportunities.
Readiness for dialogue and collaborative teamwork among stakeholders is crucial to success. Readiness indicators provide important information about how well each school is carrying out improvement activities.
